The HCS Extended Learning Plan outlines what HCS staff, along with many community partners, will be doing to help identify students who missed out on some learning and how HCS is going to help students get back on track.
Please reach us at wademelton@hardinohio.us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Students should log in to their work on their Chromebooks and work on their assignments just as if they were at school.
Announcements are made at WKTN on air and on WKTN's website.
If you test positive for COVID please stay home for 5 days. When you return you will be asked to wear a mask for another 5 days. Students who may have been around it is not required to quarantine.
The Parent Center has comfortable seating, a desktop computer system with webcam and speakers and an All-in-One Printer/Scanner. There are a number of resources in the Center for Parents. Resources include brochures, books, DVDs, and website addresses identified to assist parents with pertinent information surrounding their students’ academics, career/student success planning, mental health, and substance use. The Center provides supplies to assist Parents with creating their own success plan (searching for a job, prepping for interviews, creating a resume, etc.). The Parent Center is available to parents on a first come first serve basis daily Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and will be available a limited number of hours weekly in the evening and the weekend. The Parent Center is available by RSVP.
These tests help guide and strengthen future teaching so we can be sure that we are preparing our students for long term success in school, college, careers, and life.
